28th Annual Day Celebration 2024: A Vibrant Showcase of Achievement, Culture, and Unity

St. Xavier Convent School, Barnai celebrated its 28th Annual Day on 12th December with great excitement and grace. The event was graced by Chief Guest Sh. Anand Jain, ADG Jammu Zone, and Guests of Honour Sh. Ashok Kumar Sharma, Director of School Education, Jenab Haseeb Ur Rehman, IPS DIG Railway J&K and Reverend Hemant from St. Paul’s Church.
The ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp, followed by an address from the Principal, who highlighted the school’s excellent academic achievements and the emphasis placed on holistic education. Students who excelled in various subjects were awarded for their outstanding academic performances. The students then showcased their talents in a series of vibrant performances, including energetic drills, graceful dances, and thought-provoking acts. The students had a lot of fun performing in front of their proud parents, adding an extra layer of joy to the occasion.
The Chief Guest and dignitaries honoured the winners of the recent Sports Day events and other exceptional students. In his address, Sh. Anand Jain praised the students for their remarkable talents and commended the school for its commitment to providing well-rounded education. Sh. Ashok Kumar Sharma, Jenab Haseeb Ur Rehman, Er. H.R Padha and Reverend Hemant also spoke, encouraging the students to continue striving for excellence in academics and extracurricular activities.
Mr. Pankaj Vihans, the Principal presented the annual report to everyone and The Vice Principal concluded the event by expressing gratitude to all the guests, parents, and teachers for their continued support. The program ended on a high note with the National Anthem, leaving everyone inspired and motivated.
